Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: December 24, 2023 at 11:59:00 p.m. PST

Draw
Raffle draw: December 27, 2023 at 9:00:00 a.m. PST

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at 3223 Raleigh Street, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 3J4 (Online - Recorded Zoom Meeting)

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://rettbc.rafflenexus.com/winners on December 27, 2023.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Rett Syndrome Society of British Columbia.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Rett Syndrome Society of British Columbia or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Rett Syndrome Society of British Columbia does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: calittle2@gmail.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Delay in Draw

Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
